Graduate in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, as well as Graduate in Pedagogy from the same institution, with a Diploma in Fiscal and Administrative Law, and a Diploma in Human Development and Early Stimulation.

He began his professional activities in public service in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and later in the Tax Administration Service (SAT).

During his tenure at the SAT (more than 25 years), he directed the tax culture programs, developing and implementing educational and training planning based on competencies and values, generating various materials and books to promote tax culture for formal education, as well as the development of a didactic planning for the subject of the Tax Training and Information subject to be taught in universities, in the same way he led the development and instructional design for the teaching of this subject on the Moodley platform.

During his time at this institution, he collaborated in the mandatory implementation of the electronic invoice in version 3.3, and attended to various approaches from taxpayer sectors regarding the issuance of digital tax receipts over the Internet.

Participated in the generation of proposals for norms and Miscellaneous Tax Resolution rules to regulate the issuance of CFDI, as well as in improving the regulation of CFDI certification Providers.

He currently works at the Signature Digital Firm, which has extensive experience in generating solutions for tax compliance specifically in billing matters.
