Master in Information Technology and Administration from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). He has a Specialty in Tax Matters and Diplomas in Management Administration and Project Administration.

He has participated as an independent consultant in electronic invoice projects in Central and South American countries, applying best practices for the design, implementation, voluntary adoption and use of the information generated.

Collaborated in the SAT as part of the teams that carried out the implementation of various tax services, including Electronic Invoicing in its update to version 3.3, the e.signature, the implementation of digital documents, the Annual online declaration of Natural Persons among others.

He currently collaborates with the Digital Signature Firm on consultancies related to the electronic invoice ecosystem and the application of technologies in the operation of companies.
