For more than 20 years he performed functions in the Tax Administration Service (SAT) holding different positions within the General Legal Administration, he served as Central Administrator of Legal Support of the General Administration of Taxpayer Services and participated in tax reform proposals. and Miscellaneous Tax Resolutions.

During his performance at the SAT, his experience is focused on legal and technical issues within the Tax Administration Service for more than 20 years, experience associated with the development and legal implementation of the Electronic Invoice, Electronic Signature, Tax Mailbox, Regulation of Service Providers. Certification, Electronic Declaration, he also served as Coordinator of Business groups such as: Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, National College of Notaries, COPARMEX, CONCAMIN, Business Coordinating Council.

He currently works as a Partner in the Signature Digital Firm, specialized in Tax Law and Information Technologies, integrated with experts with more than 18 years of experience in Tax, Digital and Electronic Invoicing issues.
