Graduate in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with honorable mention, Specialty Course in Notarial and Registry Law. As an independent consultant, he participated in projects to design and improve the operation of the Tax Administration with a focus on taxpayer service, as well as to establish the regulation, design and operation of the electronic signature and invoice in Central America.

He collaborated in the SAT for more than 27 years as part of the teams that implemented various projects, among which are the implementation of the service and taxpayer service model, the rapid business opening system in the SAT, with the registration to the RFC through a public notary and the “tuempresa.com” project, the regulatory design and implementation of electronic procedures in the RFC and advanced electronic signature, electronic accounting, tax draws, electronic invoicing and certification of digital documents.

She currently works at the Signature Digital Firm, specialized in Tax Law and Information Technologies, integrated with experts with more than 18 years of experience in Tax, Digital and Electronic Invoicing issues.
