Mexican, with studies in Economics, graduated from the Metropolitan Autonomous University, with more than 29 years of experience in tax and fiscal issues within the Tax Administration Service (SAT), teacher at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) for 8 years teaching teaching Law in Information Technology. He has been part of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for 11 years in the Electronic Services group, in the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) for 15 years giving seminars focused on improving collection through innovation in digital processes and currently a consultant for several countries, in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) he is accredited as a consultant in Digital Matters and Electronic Invoicing.

Within the experience carried out within the SAT, there is the definition of the area of ​​attention and services to the taxpayer, the innovation of implementation of digital schemes such as the Electronic Invoice, Electronic Signature, Contributory Culture Program, as well as the participation in the development and implementation of the Electronic Declaration, Electronic Accounting, Electronic Notification and Tax Mailbox.

He currently works as a Partner in the Signature Digital Firm, specialized in Tax Law and Information Technologies, integrated with experts with more than 20 years of experience in Tax, Digital and Electronic Invoicing issues.
