He has a specialty and diploma in tax matters from the aforementioned University, as well as a Certification in the CIC Global Model (quality for interaction with clients). with more than 17 years of experience in tax and fiscal issues within the Tax Administration Service (SAT).

Within the experience carried out within the Tax Administration Service (SAT). She served as a tax advisor for taxpayers, a tax trainer on federal and quality tax issues, carried out implementation work for the Call Center of the Tax Administration Service (SAT), implemented attention campaigns for taxpayers in various services and tax issues such as: Electronic Invoice, Annual Declaration of Individuals and Legal Entities, Tax Reforms among other topics, I also carry out operation activities, supervision, quality measurement and continuous improvement of the various services of the Call Center of the Tax Administration Service of Mexico (SAT).
