Graduated in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana.

For more than 20 years he performed functions in the Tax Administration Service (SAT), holding different positions in the General Administration of Large Taxpayers, in the General Administration of Federal Tax Audit and in the General Administration of Taxpayer Services.

Within his experience in the SAT he served as Administrator of Taxpayer Services of Irapuato, as well as Administrator of Legal Support of Taxpayer Services, he was part of the Regulatory Committees of the SAT (Internal Taxes, Foreign Trade and VAT) in the preparation of the tax reforms, and the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution and its Annexes.

He has developed as a lecturer in various tax forums and as a teacher at the Aragón Faculty of Higher Studies of the UNAM for 10 years, teaching various subjects in the Diploma in Tax Law.

He is currently part of the Signature Digital Firm, as a lawyer specializing in tax, financial and information technology matters.
